We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused. If the product is opened or used we will not accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any returns received that have not been authorized will not be processed. To file a claim please email us via the form above with your order number.
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and fulfillment UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your shipping number by the 7th business day please contact us via the form above.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (US & CA): will receive their shipments 2-5 days after the tracking number has been sent.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: will receive their shipments 5-10 days after their tracking number has been sent.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS:
For our international customers, any shipping charge added to your shipment does not include any duties and/or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any such duties and/or taxes that may be levied by the country where the product is imported.
In the case that you receive the wrong item or your item is damaged please contact us immediately with your order number and images of the damages so we can help resolve your issue.
In the case that you have a failed delivery, or stolen package please contact us to resolve your issue.
